Strength, Sustainability, and Showing Up

Samantha Thurber knows what it means for a relationship with movement to change.

The Arizona-based UGC creator, former elementary teacher, and mom of two has lost 180 pounds and maintained that loss. These days, though, her focus is less about chasing a number and more about building strength, improving body composition, and creating habits she can actually sustain.

Movement is still a big part of her life. Burn Boot Camp is her go-to, especially strength and conditioning days, but walking, running errands, filming content, and keeping up with her kids all count too.

For Samantha, wellness works best when it fits real life.

Movement Without a Finish Line

After losing 180 pounds, Samantha’s perspective on fitness shifted.

She knows firsthand how intimidating movement can feel at different stages, and she’s learned that progress does not require a perfect routine. Her current approach centers on consistency, hydration, protein, strength, and choosing habits that are realistic enough to keep.

That perspective is also what she hopes to share with other women, especially moms and women in their 30s and 40s who are trying to make wellness work inside already-full lives.

As Samantha puts it, “You don’t have to do everything perfectly for it to count.”

Movement for Every Body

To Samantha, Movement for Every Body means that movement belongs to everyone, regardless of size, age, fitness level, or where they are starting.

A hard workout counts. A walk counts. Playing with your kids counts. Choosing to move a little more than yesterday counts.

For her, making movement approachable means removing the idea that it has to look one specific way before it is valuable.

That is a perspective shaped by experience. After moving through a major weight-loss journey and into maintenance, Samantha is focused less on shrinking her body and more on what it can do.

And we think that distinction matters.

The Post-Workout Struggle She Knows Well

Samantha works out regularly, which means she is very familiar with the sweaty, tight sports bra problem.

After a hard Burn Boot Camp session, the last thing she wants is another battle just to change clothes.

That is exactly where BraClaw fits into her routine: the post-workout moment when she is sweaty, tired, and ready to get out of her sports bra without turning it into a second workout.

She sees that frustration resonating especially with active women, busy moms, and women in their 30s and 40s who want practical products that make everyday routines easier.

Real Life, Told Honestly

Samantha’s content style is rooted in relatability.

As a UGC creator, she loves turning ordinary experiences into stories that help people feel seen instead of sold to. She is especially excited to create product demos, lifestyle content, humor, and storytelling around the very real “if you know, you know” sports bra struggle.

She is also interested in sharing gym routines, post-workout life, body confidence, weight-loss maintenance, and realistic wellness for women in their 30s and beyond.

Welcome to the Claw Crew, Samantha

Samantha’s story is a reminder that movement does not have to end at a goal weight, a milestone, or some imaginary version of “finished.”

It can keep evolving.

It can become stronger, more sustainable, more flexible, and more focused on what makes you feel capable in your actual life.

We’re excited to have Samantha bringing that perspective to the Claw Crew and to see how she turns real post-workout moments into content that feels useful, relatable, and genuinely human. 🧡
