Movement That Works for Your Body

For Heather Stonecipher, movement is not about following someone else’s routine.

It is about finding what works for your body, your life, and the season you are in.

Heather is a Florida-based mom of two who is passionate about motherhood, supporting other women through their own journeys, and creating a life that feels grounded in what matters most.

Her own wellness routine is still evolving. She aims to strength train at home four to five times a week, usually through short, low-impact workouts that fit into real life.

And she is perfectly comfortable calling it a work in progress.

Building a Routine That Fits Real Life

Heather’s favorite way to move is strength training, but her approach is less about chasing the perfect workout plan and more about consistency.

Home workouts give her the flexibility to move in a way that works around motherhood, family, and everything else competing for time and attention.

That flexibility is important to her.

To Heather, making movement more approachable means having the opportunity to move her body in the way that is best for her, rather than feeling like she has to follow what works for everyone else.

Her definition of Movement for Every Body is just as simple:

“Finding movement that works for YOUR body!”

That is the kind of approach we can get behind.

More Than the Workout

Wellness for Heather extends beyond physical movement.

She is currently working on getting more control over both her nutrition and anxiety, and she openly talks about navigating anxiety as part of her everyday life.

She is also passionate about encouraging people to follow their dreams and supporting other women, particularly through motherhood.

That perspective has been shaped by her own experience.

Nine months after having her first daughter, Heather moved away from her family. It is one of those life changes that can make an already major transition feel even bigger, and it has influenced the importance she places on community and support.

Being part of the Claw Crew gives her another version of that community: women with different lives, bodies, routines, and experiences who are all trying to make things a little easier for one another.

The Post-Workout Bra Struggle

There is one part of Heather’s workout routine she could definitely live without.

Getting stuck in a sweaty sports bra afterward.

It is exactly what made BraClaw immediately relatable to her.

After strength training, when she is sweaty and ready to move on with the rest of her day, the last thing she wants is to wrestle her way out of tight workout clothes.

BraClaw gives her a simple way to make that transition easier.

And Heather sees the usefulness extending well beyond her own routine.

She has plenty of fitness-minded friends, along with post-nursing moms who may appreciate a little extra help getting in and out of snug sports bras and tops.

Sometimes accessibility is not about completely changing a routine. Sometimes it is simply about removing one frustrating part of it.

Community, Motherhood, and Making Things Easier

For Heather, being part of the Claw Crew means joining “a community of likeminded women who are on a mission to make a difference.”

That sense of community fits naturally with the way she already approaches motherhood and wellness.

She wants women to feel supported. She wants movement to feel personal rather than prescribed. And she believes there is value in being open about the parts of life that are still a work in progress.

Through the Claw Crew, she is excited to create product demos, lifestyle content, workouts, and honest reviews while sharing a version of wellness that feels attainable instead of perfect.

Welcome to the Claw Crew, Heather

Heather’s approach to movement is a good reminder that wellness does not need to look like anyone else’s.

Your workout can be short. It can happen at home. Your routine can still be evolving.

It still counts.

And when everything starts to feel like a little too much, Heather’s advice is worth remembering:

“Slow down and focus on where your feet are.”

We’re excited to have Heather bringing that grounded, real-life perspective to the Claw Crew and sharing what movement, motherhood, and making life a little easier look like for her.
